Fitness Assessment (Highly recommended!)                  $70

A 1-hour assessment designed to evaluate you and ensure your workouts are tailored to your needs and goals.  Includes: body composition test; 15 site anthropometric measurements; cardiorespiratory endurance test; 6 muscle fitness tests; flexibility test; and an individual caloric expenditure approximation.  You will also receive a detailed report & advice on goal setting.  Start off on the right foot & schedule your assessment today!

This interactive, online training program is perfect for: 1) clients looking to supplement their personal training sessions, & 2) members who want personalized workouts and guidance from a trainer without having to sign up for personal training sessions.

12-Week Personalized Workout Plan for You!              $320

If you need a little direction but want to workout on your own this program is for you.  Includes:  1-hour fitness assessment; 1-hour personal training session to explain program and go through exercises; 12-week program (can be either 2, 3, or 4 day a week strength plan); 12-week heart rate (HR monitor needed) or exertion level based cardiovascular plan; & daily email correspondence on workouts, and nutritional advice.
